  Big Skye Special
Made in honor of our friend Bill and his voyage through that Montana area. His time spent and his appreciation of good people, life, food, and of course Beer! So I give you my own creation and current inspirations in Brewing. This is a 350 year old yeast from a monastery in Belgium, malt from France and Belgium with American hops. I call it an American Belgian style Pale Ale. Soft coriander and citrus tang run lightly over the tongue and a soft citrus aroma lifts from the malty background. Try a little of what’s to come from the Blue Canoe.
  Classic 5 A.P.A.
This American Classic Ale is made with North American Pale Ale Malt, American Chinook and Amarillo Hops in the boil and then Amarillo and Willamette hops are added at the end of aging(dry hopping). This Ale will have a nice citrus and piney tangalong with a sweet bitterness from the hops.
  Crazy Rye
A Belgian style rye ale, starts with a fruity nose and finishes with big hop tang!
  Distorter Porter
This has both the ingredients of an English Porter and an Irish Stout. We blend both together to distort your loyalty towards one or the other. This dark ale is made with an ample amount of British Pale malt along with brown, roasted, chocolate, and crystal malts from England.
  Flashlite Lager
Premium American Light Lager. Smooth in texture and made with the best German Pilsner Malt. No corn or rice are used in making this Lager. We use American Saaz hops and a Southern German Yeast from Munich to make this light and very drinkable Lager.
  Heavy Kevy
You’ve had it before and have it again as a change in name only. A heavy Scotch Ale. Made with only the best and most expensive Scottish Pale Malt a nice blend of Belgian Biscuit and English roasted barley to add color and softness to a malty sweet nectar of brewing experience.
  Titusville Gold Lager
This is a classic German Helles (pale) Lager. Again using only the best German Pilsner Malt and the freshest German Tradition Hops. This Lager comes across with a nice malty smoothness and then a crisp hop tang to heighten the German flavors and meld with the foods of Southern Germany.
