  02 Pinot Blanc Reserve, Monterey
Soft and dry. Apple and pear aromas. A rare French varietal that will compliment seafood or fowl as well as cheese and fruit. Serve chilled.
  04 Barbera Reserve, Amador
Passion in winemaking of Barbera. Cabernet Franc and Carignan have been added to soften the wine. Slight carbonation with yeast cells. Balance is the key. Describe the wine as you wish. Allow the wine to breathe for at least 30 minutes before consumption. Serve chilled.
  05 Merlot Reserve, Central Coast
Vintner's old world tradition in wine making and selected grapes from Santa Clara Valley create this superb unfiltered wine with a smooth, and lingering fruity finish and hints of pomegranate, raspberry and cherry found in the traditional French Giessinger Merlot. Some Syrah was used for softness and texture. Serve Chilled with beef, pork, or salmon.

Light body fruity and crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Serve chilled with cheese, pasta, seafood, or poultry.
  Jolie, South Coast
Riesling-like this crisp classic dessert wine is a blend of Muscat Blanc and Symphony. From the fresh and fruity bouquet to the long clean finish, this dessert wine is superb. Peach and apricot aromas. Serve chilled. OH LA LA!!
  Port, Cucamonga Valley
