An international blend of Rhone varieties: Mouvedre, Grenache, Gamay, Cinsault, Syrah and an added touch of Zinfandel. The nose is vibrant with cherry blossoms, plums, vanilla anise, lavender and soft rosemary. The flavors fill the palate with plums, cherries, blueberries, vanilla, soft smokiness and spice on the finish. Enjoy this wine with most cuisine.

San Luis Obispo County’s famed Edna Valley provides a long, cool growing season for maximum flavor development in Burgundian grapes. This full-bodied Chardonnay fills your palate with a mélange of fruits from green apple to pineapple and citrus, complemented by sweet and spicy hints of clove. Judiciously aged in French oak for a rich and toasty finish, serve this fine white lightly chilled with light chicken, fish and pasta dishes.

Select grapes from vineyards in cool San Luis Obispo County and extended oak aging have produced a complex, rich and full-bodied Chardonnay. The flavors of butter, oak, vanilla and hints of clove and apple pair perfectly with seafood, chicken and white-sauced pastas.

Exceptional grapes from the cool Bien Nacido vineyards in Santa Barbara County have produced an exceptional wine for the price. Zingy ripe fruit flavors come alive in the mouth, then a hint of toasty oak joins in a smooth, long finish. Perfect with roasted chicken, most seafood.

Grapes primarily from our own estate vineyards. Barrel-tasted on October 10th, the wine is deep garnet in color with a black-olive, herbal aroma and plenty of berry and cherry flavors struggling to assert themselves.

Produced from grapes grown on our own hillside vineyard, this wine has hints of berries and dried cherries with warm vanilla and toasty oak notes. It is Medium-bodied and a perfect partner with roasts and red-sauced pastas.

Our estate Syrah is produced from grapes grown on our own hillside vineyards. This Syrah begins with floral aromas on the bouquet then brings forth rich flavors of cherries and wild berries with a hint of chocolate on the finish. The 2002 vintage was a "Double Gold" winner! Both are Excellent with grilled rib-eye and barbecue.

A Heavenly and delicately sweet wine with aromas of melon, pears, and honey with a slightly spicy finish. It's perfectly balanced and makes an ideal "anytime" wine. You'll especially enjoy it with Asian foods.

Our Lotus was one of America's first true Rhone style wines using the classic three whites: Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, all grown on our hillside estate vineyards. Previous vintages have claimed 7 "Best of Class" awards, plus 17 Gold, and 33 Silver medals. This cuvee has lovely floral aromas and flavors of citrus, peach, and tangy kiwi fruit. It works wonderfully well with Pacific Rim cuisine.
