Try it with chicken dishes, oriental foods, especially those using lemon grass or mild curries. Korbel Brut is also great served with many fruits and milder cheeses.

  Korbel Le Premier
Our special, limited reserve, Korbel Le Premier Champagne is a complex cuvée with toasty nutty aromas followed by a delicate apple and berry flavor.
  Korbel Merlot Champagne
The 1999 Korbel Merlot Champagne is an experimental cuvee made from merlot grown in the Sonoma Valley and Russian River areas of Sonoma County. These areas produce very intense fruit driven varietal flavors in merlot. The merlot grapes used in this cuvee were fermented on the skins, in the traditional red wine manner. After barrel aging, the cuvee was bottle fermented in the Methode Champenoise tradition, combining the richness of merlot table wines, with the fun and sparkle of champagne.
  Korbel Moscato Frizzante
Korbel Moscato Frizzante is a delightfully aromatic and sweet summer sparkler, perfect for sipping on a hot summer day. We make our Moscato from the Muscat Canelli grape, the same grape as used for the production of the sparkling wines of Asti in Northern Italy. We harvest the grapes fully mature from warmer climates, where the Muscat can develop its trademark floral and sweet fruit characters to the fullest. Unlike most sparkling Moscatos, this cuvée was bottle fermented in the Méthode Champenoise tradition. This cuvée is a very limited release, and is only available in our wine shop and to our wine club members. Try Korbel Moscato Frizzante with fruits and fruit-based deserts.
  Korbel Natural'
A crisp, delicately dry champagne, Korbel Natural has been served exclusively at the last five presidential inaugurations and is one of the few things both political parties agree on.
  Korbel Non-Vintage Blanc De Noirs
Fresh and full of flavor, Korbel Non-Vintage Blanc de Noirs is the perfect summer champagne. Korbel uses Pinot Noir cuvées with lots of fruit forward flavors of raspberry and strawberry, balanced with a moderate dosage for a delicate medium-dry finish. Korbel Non-Vintage Blanc de Noirs is a classic pairing with smoked chicken, or desserts using chocolate, raspberries or strawberries.
  Korbel Pinot Grigio
Korbel Pinot Grigio Champagne is a delicate and refreshing cuvee based on the Pinot Grigio grape variety of the Alsace region of France. The same grape variety is also known as Pinot Grigio in northern Italy and Ruhlander in Germany. Pinot Grigio is known for its aromatic delicacy and spicy fruit flavor. We ferment our Pinot Grigio cuvee base wines slowly in cold stainless steel tanks, to best preserve their delicate flavors. This cuvee is a very limited release, and is only available in our wineshop and to our wine club members. Try Korbel Pinot Grigio Champagne with fruits, especially pears, and fruit based sorbets. Korbel Pinot Grigio Champagne also pairs well with prosciutto and many spicy oriental dishes.
