Alicante Bouchet
Known as the bootleggers bounty. One of 8 varietals that has red juice in the grape! We are on of 4 wineries that make this wine as an own varietal. 100% Alacante Boushette. This is a very rare wine and only a limited amount produced. Fruit forward style, and mild tannin. Very smooth and like velvet on the palate, a great addition to any cellar.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Silver Medal at San Diego International wine competition. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 30 months in French oak then bottle aged 4 months. Excellent balance and complexity, fruit forward style with fine grain tannin.

Chardonnay
Separated at the time of pressing, half was barrel fermented, the other half was tank fermented. A welcomed change of pace to the big Sur-Lee Chardonnays. This crisp and fruity wine is great with heavy cream sauces, and has just the right amount of lightly oaked character. Great on a hot day!

Old Vine Zinfandel
98% Zinfandel, 1% Alicante, 1% Petite Sirah. Fermented in open top bins then aged for 31 months in french oak barrels. Brought in at 26 brix to minimize the over ripe character and stewed flavors that are associated with most warm climate Zin. Our Zin has great character, and flavors of plum, berry, and chocolate. Definetly worth a taste...

Porto Robles - Vintage Tawny Port
30% Tinta Cao, 30% Toriga Nacional, 30% Syrah and 10% Zinfandel. Fermented in Portugese Casks then barrel aged for up to 53 months. It is the most incredible desert wine with carmel, chocolate, and strong notes of hazelnuts. Limited quantities were made, so don't wait on this one!

Syrah
Fermented in open top bins and extended maceration process was used to soften the huge tannin. Fermented with the use of a specific yeast strain isolated at the University of Bordeaux for use with Syrah. Barrel aged on french oak for 30 months. Syrah Blanc
100% Syrah pressed after 24 hours of skin contact. Dry but has lots of fruit and character, Strawberries and crisp fruit round out the buttery mouth feel. Try this wine and you will never go back to white zin or rose'...

Tempranillo
Fermented in open top bins then aged for 30 months in french oak barrels. Strong flavors of coffee and chocolate with good balance of tannin, we are one of 5 wineries in tis region to make this spanish gem.

Tre Blanc
75% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Viogner. Left on skin contact for 48 hours before it was pressed, giving it a rich amber color and drinkability of a light bodied red wine. Complete with good fruit and a great mouth feel from being on lees for 14 months. Un-fined and Un-filtered.

Vintners Blend
Blend of: 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 10% Merlot, and 15% Alacante Boushette. This blend was made of hand selected barrels and aged 38 months in french oak then bottle aged for 6 months. Excellent balance of fruit and tannin with outstanding character, fruit forward and very complex.
