  Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc
A Sauvignon Blanc crafted to retain and accentuate the varietal character of the many clones present in this vineyard. The fruit was 100% stainless fermented at low temperatures for almost three weeks using a special cold resistant yeast. Crisp enough to pair well with almost any course, but smooth enough to sip, this wine yields aromas of subtle grass, melon, grapefruit, and honeysuckle.
  Dry Creek Valley Cabernet
  Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A tremendous young Cabernet from the Passalacqua Ranch, overlooking the Dry Creek Valley. This is a dense, chewy red wine with fully integrated and mouth coating tannins wrapped around a core of luscious berry fruit. Full of concentrated flavors, with blackberry and cassis wedded to oak toast. The finish is long, with subtle fruit aromatics that persist as the oak fades to mocha and coffee. Enjoyable at release but worthy of cellaring if you have the patience.
  Dry Creek Valley Chardonnay
A Chardonnay in the style that has made this varietal the most popular white wine in the world, combining Old World winemaking and California’s sunny weather. From vines grown on the western bench of the Dry Creek Valley, this Chardonnay was fermented entirely in barrel using renowned Burgundian coopers Francois Freres and Cadus, Montrachet yeast, and weekly lees stirring during the malo-lactic fermentation. The resulting wine has a velvety mouthfeel, with a sweet oak richness, wonderful fruit, and a lingering toastiness.
  Russian River Valley Chardonnay
Chardonnay made in a delicate style from gnarly old vines on the bench above Eastside Road, just south of Healdsburg. The vineyard is dry-farmed Wente clone on St. George rootstock, prized for its drought resistance. Aromas of guava and honey, tutti-fruiti juciness leads into a light, refreshing palate.
  Russian River Zinfandel
Crushed raspberries and strawberries, with a dash of white pepper, define the aromas of this delightful Zinfandel. Barrel aging in 30% new Hungarian oak adds a toasty, slightly smoky length to the flavor, but does not detract from the wine’s fruitiness. With a smooth texture and medium body this wine pairs beautifully with food.
  Sonoma County Merlot
With fruit from the Carneros and southern Napa Valley, this wine shows black cherry, Bing cherry and toasty oak along with leather and subtle smoke. It is very perfumy with ripe plumy aromas. On the palate, smooth silky tannins and ripe cherry-berry and licorice flavors finish with a touch of smoky oak. Well balanced.
  Sonoma County Zinfandel
The Sonoma County Zinfandel is a rich, spicy combination of grapes from the Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys. Aged in French and American oak for one year, the wine shows jammy raspberry, black pepper, and licorice from the fruit, with creamy vanilla toast and subtle coconut from the barrels. This is a wine for enjoying as a hearty sipper or with dinner.
