La Courette Chardonel
Made from a Cornell University patented variety that is a cross of the Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay grape plants.. The result is a dry, crystal clear white wine that starts with a nose that is fresh and crisp. Cool fermentation techniques preserve the fruit esters and craft this fine wine to perfection. Natural acidity carries the upfront fruit to a mid palate hint of apricot-infused tangerine that washes the tongue and leaves a clean, smooth finish in the wake.

La Courette Lemberger
The upfront nose of white pepper leads to a bright fruit on the tongue with smoky overtones. A finish that is light and refreshing completes this fine wine.

La Courette Noiret
Ideally suited to our local climate and soils, this new variety results in a fine, full bodied red wine with characteristic peppery notes in the finish.
