Manatawny Creek Winery

Manatawny Creek Winery At Manatawny Creek Winery, our belief is that variety is truly the spice of life. To that end, we produce a wide variety of wine styles available for tasting. Visitors are welcome to take a self-guided tour through our demonstration vineyard and tours of the winery are available by appointment or luck. Hours: Fri & Sat 10-6, Sunday 12-6 or by appointment.

Directions
We are located in Southern Berks County, about 1 hour northwest of Philadelphia, 30 minutes northwest of King of Prussia, 20 minutes east of Reading, 30 minutes south of Allentown, and 10 minutes west of Pottstown. From Route 422 in Douglassville, take 662 North for 3.0 miles. Make a right onto Blacksmith Road. Make the first right onto Levengood Road. The winery is 1 mile on the right.

  Autumn Blush
This pretty pink wine is the perfect picnic fare accompaniment. Very fruity with hints of melon and strawberry. Our answer to "white zin"!
  Blanc de Blancs
A white bubly produced during the traditional French "Methode Champenoise" system. Complex, yeasty, with lots of bread character. Perfect aperitif!
  Blue Bear Ease
A blend of blueberries and grapes. Say it fast - get it? It makes sense when you see the label. This semi-sweet wine is really fun!
  C.O.W. (Chardonnay Off Wood)
Aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, this Chardonnay is fruity and dry. Perfect with lighter fish or chicken dishes.
  Cabernet Franc
Aged primarily in Pennsylvania oak barrels, this richly-colored, aromatic red wine contains hints of tobacco, cherry and herbal notes. The perfect accompaniment to Filet Mignon!
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Lots of black cherry and oak notes abound in this King of red wines. A medium-bodied Cab whose soft tannins allow enjoying this wine young, without long-term aging.
  Chambourcin
With only minimal oak aging, this versatile red wine exudes lots of fruit including black cherry, raspberry and black currant. A hint of sweetness in the mouth.
  Chardonnay
Dry, complex white wine with lots of toasty oak. Aromas of vanilla, butterscotch and apples complement a full, round mouth with a long finish.
  Cherry
Bursting with ripe sour cherries. Slightly sweet and unbelievably delicious.
  Concord
Fresh, just-picked grapes in a glass. Sweet, but not too sweet, and overflowing with grape flavors. A wine for anytime.
  Harvest Red
This delightful, easy-to-drink, semi-sweet red wine contains ripe aromas of cherries and raisins with jammy flavors. Refreshing acidity renders this great food wine.
  Honey Wine
For honey lovers only. Honey wine (also known as Mead) is reportedly the first alcoholic beverage ever made by man. Who said wine has to be made from grapes?
  Meritage
A select barrel blend of 4 Bordeaux varietals - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Aromas of cocoa and blackberries dominate the nose of this popular varietal. Rich and fruity in the mouth, with hints of black currant and a nice, long finish.

  Niagara
Sweet and bursting with grape flavor, there is nothing else like this varietal native to America. Perfect by itself, with light fare or with dessert.
  Pinot Grigio
Crisp and dry, this Italian-style version of Pinot Gris offers some nut, tropical fruit and herbal notes in the mouth with a smooth finish.
  Pinot Noir
Aged exclusively in French oak barrels, this Burgundian beauty exhibits notes of cherries and currants with a wonderfully smooth finish.
  Red Raspberry
A very sweet dessert wine meant for sipping, with an intense red raspberry aroma and flavor. A special wine for the raspberry lover (& cheesecake lover too!)
  Riesling
The noble varietal of Germany! Slightly sweet, with characters of peaches, apples and flowers. Excellent with food or simply by itself.
  Soleils Jumeaux
Means "twins suns" ( twin sons!). A blend of 2 white grape varieties, Cayuga White and Seyval Blanc, this is a semi-dry, versatile food wine. A "drink with everything" white wine that is quite refreshing.
  Sparkling Raspberry
This pleasing pink semi-sweet bubbly made from raspberries produces a very special treat. Enjoy with Sunday brunch.
  Vidal Blanc
Slightly sweet, easy-drinking German-style white. Floral aromas of honeysuckle meld with orange and pineapple notes in the mouth.
