Deep ruby red in colour with purple nuances. The bouquet displays aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry fruit, balanced vanilla, smoke and toasty oak spice. In the mouth the wine is full-bodied, rich and rounded with a pure fruit core of cherry and cassis framed by supple tannins, and buttery oak. The finish is long and dry. Drinking well now, but will improve and mellow over the next 5-10 years.

Deep, dense red/purple in colour. The bouquet displays aromas of wild blackberry and blueberry, plum overlaid with vanilla. On the palate the wine is full-bodied but soft with rounded texture and a long, dry finish. Flavours include blueberries and black currant mingled with cedar and vanilla spice. Drinking well now, but will improve and soften over the next 3-5 years.

Deep purple in colour, indicating great extract. The bouquet displays aromas of cherry, grape, wild blackberry, and plum complimented by notes of tobacco and vanilla. In the mouth the wine is full-bodied and rounded in texture with deep plum and peppery flavours with an almost sweet oak finish. Drinking well now, but will improve and mellow over the next 3-5 years.

The only Chardonnay grown and produced in Nova Scotia, this complex wine is pale gold in colour. This wine shows delicate aromas of ripe melon, apple, fresh bread and butterscotch. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate from oak barrel fermentation and eging, the wine resolves into flavours of tropical fruit and a cleansing citrus finish. An impressive Chardonnay. Drinking well now, will hold for 2-3 years

Medium intensity straw colour. The wine’s bouquet shows intense green apple, grassy notes with underlying hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with ripe flavours of apricot, lemon grass and honey finishing with refreshing acidity. A delightful wine when enjoyed on its own or complimented with local maritime fare.

Pale straw in colour, with green highlights. Clean, crisp and intense aromatics with green apple, citrus and pear. Soft, rounded palate structure, with refreshing citrus acidity balanced by a hint of sweetness on the finish. A medium bodied, easy drinking wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with complementary foods. Drinking well now, will hold for 2-3 years.
