  Cabernet Sauvignon 1999 SOLD OUT
A select portion of the Cabernet vineyard, with reduced yields and delicate handling produced the grapes that were fermented for a longer period, making a unique cabernet with extra concentration of minerals, tannins, and flavors. The wine was unfiltered to protect the original flavor of the harvest. Aging potential exceeds 15 years. A great example of high quality wines from the Central Delaware Valley Viticultural District. Food Combinations: This Classical Bordeaux styled wine fits with red meats, steak, venison, pasta with tomato sauces, tuna with tomato sauces and capers. Excellent with rack of lamb.
