  Cabernet Sauvignon Galloway
Our newest pride and joy! A bright, young cabernet produced from grapes grown on a pristine vineyard on West Dry Creek Road and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. This ruby colored wine reveals lots of fruit on the palate, dusty oak and a lingering cherry finish with a touch of mint. Drink now or age in your cellar.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Hollister
This wine is nicknamed "Hillbrook" after the school located in Los Gatos. Several students and their families helped to pick and ferment this wine as part of a school project. These hot weather grapes produce a cab with distinct vegetal characteristics. This wine would be great paired with hearty dishes, meat sauces, and barbecue.
  Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Our reserve cabernet was produced from grapes grown on a pristine vineyard on West Dry Creek Road and aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. It has a deep red color, with the primary taste being black currant and cherry, marked with herb, sage, and vegetal flavor. Cab goes well with beef and lamb especially when cooked with herbs and is a great match for brie, cheddar cheese, and chocolate.
  Chardonnay
This elegant, medium bodied Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented and aged 12 months in French oak. (50 % new, 25% 1 year, 25% 2 year). The wine is intensely layered with tropical fruit and mild citrus and melon notes. It is an exellent choice with cream sauces, salmon, and mild hard or soft cheeses.
  Lodi Merlot
Mad for Merlot! Our 100% Merlot is aged in French and American oak and then blended to produce a wine that is soft with a berry jam nose and lightly flavored with herb and cherry.
  Lodi Petite Sirah
Petite Sirah has often been used as a blending wine to provide color and "seasoning", particularly to Zinfandel. On its own it is a juicy wine flavored with boysenberry jam, clove, and black pepper spice. Our Petite is a full bodied, ruby colored wine with plum and berry flavors and the characteristic black pepper spice. Petite Sirah is delicious with steak, stew, and spicy dishes.
  Mourvedre Contra Costa
It’s Back! Mourvedre is a grape of Spanish origin and popular in Southern France. There are only a handful of wineries in California that specialize in this Rhone-style wine that is mild and medium bodied with spicy cherry and berry flavors. It is yummy with chicken apple sausage, turkey, or ham. Mourvedre is marvelous and hard to find.
  Pinot Noir
We think you will agree that our second vintage of Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia wine region is wonderful and an excellent food friendly choice. The hand picked grapes were gently pressed and fermented in a temperature controlled environment. The wine barrel aged in new French oak for 12 months. This wine has a beautiful raspberry nose and is a delicious balance of fruit, spice, and earth. A perfect choice with pork, lamb, salmon, and sautéed mushrooms.   Pinot Noir Fairview
Pretty in Pink! A lovely pinot with an earthy nose that opens up to reveal raspberry with hints of vanilla. This silky textured wine has a spicy edge and finishes with touches of earth and berry. The grapes that created this beautiful wine were grown in the popular Santa Lucia Highlands pinot noir district in Monterey County.
  Santa Cruz Chardonnay
This elegant, medium bodied chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in French oak. This richly flavored wine exhibits ripe tropical fruit flavors with a toasty oak finish.
  Santa Lucia Highlands Syrah
This full bodied single vineyard wine is 100% Syrah from the cool weather Monterey County appellation. It is incredibly smooth and layered with intense blackberry and mild pepper flavors. We love this delicious Syrah paired with pork, lamb, hearty fish dishes, and just about anything else we serve with it. The wine was aged 15 months in French oak and bottled on February 5, 2005.
  Syrah Dry Creek Valley
This wine is delicious! It has a deep purple color with a hint of spice on the nose. It is full bodied and incredibly smooth with intense blackberry, cherry, and pepper flavors. We love this wine paired with pork and lamb dishes and just about anything else we serve with it. This is definitely Maries' new favorite.
  Zinfandel
WE love ZIN! Zinfandel is the first wine John made when this was a budding hobby. Our Zinfandel is made from old vine grapes (this is a good thing) from Amador County in the Sierra Foothills. Aged in American oak, it is mildly spicy with raspberry and cherry flavors. Zin is a great daily drinking wine and super food friendly.
