We think you will agree that our second vintage of Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia wine region is wonderful and an excellent food friendly choice. The hand picked grapes were gently pressed and fermented in a temperature controlled environment. The wine barrel aged in new French oak for 12 months. This wine has a beautiful raspberry nose and is a delicious balance of fruit, spice, and earth. A perfect choice with pork, lamb, salmon, and sautéed mushrooms.
