Zinfanatics have been talking about a Sonoma Zinfandel as if they were describing an exciting new movie. It’s not surprising. When you put some of the world’s best grapes and a talented young winemaker together in the same room, big things are bound to happen. Like the deliciously rambunctious taste of Rancho Zabaco.

		    Dancing Bull Sauvignon Blanc

The wine is crisp and clean with bright grapefruit notes balanced by tropical fruit and a hint of herbaceousness. The nose is filled with aromas of green apple, kiwi, lime, and peach highlighted by notes of green bell pepper. The mouth is very juicy, full of tropical and citrus flavors.
This Dancing Bull Sauvignon Blanc was made using grapes from the best coastal regions in California, primarily from California's Monterey and Lake Counties. The grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed to maximize the fruit's varietal characteristics and citrus flavors. The juice was cold settled in order to give the finished wine elegance and balance. The wine was both filtered and fined prior to bottling.

		    Dry Creek Zinfandel

If you’re big Into Zin! This is a classic, boldly styled Zinfandel, and is not for the faint of heart. The Rancho Zabaco Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel is big and chewy with concentrated, explosive blackberry and boysenberry fruit flavors framed with spicy oak. For the ultimate “Zin-Fan”, this wine is complete with huge black pepper spice and an impressive structure that carries it to a full finish. This Zin tames seasoned and grilled meats, while beef, lamb and heartier pork dishes provide the perfect match.
