Pinot Gris, Oregon

Pinot Gris, Oregon Wine Details
Price: $17.00 per bottle

Description: No watery guzzler, this - our Pinot Gris packs loads of varietal character and a finish longer than a Grateful Dead encore jam. It has super ripe pear, tropical fruit and melon on the nose, and in the mouth it's more rich pear and melon, with just a hint of vanilla sweetness.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
