Description:
A wine made from frozen grapes, which focuses the flavor and natural sugars. A full bouquet, intense fruit flavors and a long finish. Residual sugar 5 degrees brix, this is not as sweet as traditional ice wines, our process and natural climate demand an earlier harvest due in large part to bird pressure. This wine is a great sipper. We typically hand harvest during the first frost in late October into early November. Flocking Starlings will not let the grapes hang after mid November.
