Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio Wine Details

Description: Our pinot grapes become golden ripe giving this wine elegant gold reflections and supple character. The flavor includes delicate notes of pear, and pineapple with a fresh citrus finish. This special wine we fermented at cool temperatures to retain the enticing floral and fruit in the bouquet.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
