Description:
Picked whole cluster, barrel fermented in French and Hungarian oak, and aged sur lies for 10 months. The wine underwent no malolactic fermentation, preserving the crisp acidity and fresh fruitiness of the grapes. Lush, tropical aromas of ripe banana, pear, citrus, honey, and a hint of hazelnut are set off by a trace of toasty oak on the nose. Tropical fruits erupt on the palate. An enticing blend of lemon, banana, pineapple, and passion fruit are balanced by a subtle vanilla and almond finish.
