Description:
Made of 100% Chardonnay grapes. We no longer age this wine in American Oak. We used to, but we like the clean, fresh taste we're getting now better. Why not try some and see if you don't agree. A soft, bright golden color, with slight light-greenish hues. An intense aroma which echoes fresh fruits such as peach and banana. Honey, dry fruits, butter and vanilla flavors are also present in this wine. Kind and lingering flavor, balanced and harmonic. A young Chardonnay, flavored of fresh-cut fruits and roasted hazelnuts. Time well spent in oak barrels gives this wine a greater structure, making it full-bodied, and thus more appropriate with richer foods.
