This Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Merlot all of which were produced from our home estate vineyard in Calistoga. The wine was aged in 100% new French oak barrels for a period of 24 months enhancing the wines complex flavors and aromas.
