Pour this wine and you see the wonderful gold/straw in your glass, a clean and bright promise of what’s to come. Take your first sip, and note the clean crisp tones, the apple and bright acid, and enjoy! Mark liked the clean finish, noted the acids and found this a wine for picnic time! I enjoyed the fruity nose, the crispness on the palate and found it a grand wine for our pan scared scallops on corn stew.
