Los Carneros Pinot Grigio

Los Carneros Pinot Grigio Wine Details
Price: $16.00 per bottle

Description: This wine is a summer fruit basket of aromas! White nectarine, passion fruit, honeydew melon and lavender dance in your mouth. Hints of mineral opening lead to a smooth lingering finish. While this wine is enjoyable year round, it’s particularly refreshing on warm spring days and hot summer nights. McKenzie-Mueller Pinot Grigio is best served chilled. (53-55 degrees) 570 cases produced. Silver medal winner at the 2005 West Coast Wine Competition and the 2005 Los Angeles County Fair Wine Competition.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
