2004 Pinot Grigio

2004 Pinot Grigio Wine Details
Price: $25.00 per bottle

Description: Single estate vineyard, Money Road Ranch; Oakville, Napa Valley. 100% Stainless Steel fermentation. Produced from a once acre block, the 2004 Gargiulo Vineyards' Pinot Grigio is bright and forward with good structure and a long crisp finish. A pale yellow-gold, it has complex aromatics of a spiced pear tart, lime zest and quince, which are complimented by tropical fruit undertones. On the palate the flavors are fresh, full and vibrant. With only 280 cases produced, it was hard for us to release this wine to anyone but friends and family.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
