Vidal Blanc grapes are left untouched on the vines under protective netting until the deep freeze of winter and are picked at night in early February. Due to the highly concentrated juice the yield is very low. A delicious nectar, apricot and honey on the palate, with a very smooth finish. Serve very cold.
