Howell Mountain Vineyards is excited to announce the addition of a new Cabernet Sauvignon to their portfolio. The wine is a blend of Cabernets from the two estate vineyards - Beatty Ranch and Black Sears Vineyard both in the Howell Mountain Appellation (54%), and Cabernet from the Napa Valley Appellation (46%).
The aromas reveal blackberry, black cherry, a touch of juniper berry. With vibrant acidity and good length, the wine is soft and appealing - approachable with profound structure.
