Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris Wine Details
Price:

Description: Another first for the region, our Pinot Gris is fermented totally dry - but with no oak aging - and showcases the refreshing flavors of pear and melon the variety is famous for. This soft and subtle approach has proven extremely popular, surprising even our customers who "don't like dry wine" with its clean and accessible style.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
