Both Roza Hills Vineyard and DuBrul Vineyard yielded very balanced fruit with some intriguing tropical and spicy flavors. Naturally high in acidity, the wine is nicely balanced at 1.5% residual sugar. Excellent with Asian fare or fresh fruit, or simply served chilled on a warm day. 429 cases produced
