Description: 2000 was a great year for Riesling, so we let the fruit hang for an additional 5 to 6 weeks. All grapes were touched by noble rot, so the usual wild rose flavor is beautifully complemented by honey and apricot. This wine will agreeably complement Alsatian dishes and fresh-water fish. Ninety-nine cases were produced.
