Estate Pinot Gris

Estate Pinot Gris Wine Details
Price: $12.00 per bottle

Description: Our terroir allows us to produce a very ripe and rich Pinot Gris which is reminiscent of the warmer vineyards of Alsace, in France. The finished wine is very rich in honeyed and spiced melon and strawberry flavors, both in the nose and the mouth. The wine has a creamy texture with a long finish. Recommended with this wine are rich food like salmon, white meats, pasta, and seafood, especially with cream sauces.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
