Made by saignee (bleeding) of our Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon ferments, our rose shows lots of berries and summer fruits. Dry and food-friendly, the mouth is fresh and the finish is long, which makes this wine a perfect hot summer wine, as we like to enjoy it in Provence with grilled fish or rabbit.
