Description: A true ice wine made from select Riesling grapes that were naturally frozen in the vineyard and picked on December 20th at temperatures in the mid teens. Aromas of ginger spiced pear and apricot character roll into a rich medium bodied palate expressing notes of honeycomb and cinnamon. The nice acidity ensures a balanced finish that leaves you asking for more.
