Description: A semi-dry white wine of the Cayuga White Grape that is dry, palate-cleansing making it an excellent choice with a variety of foods - especially seafood or poultry. The 2008 and 2009 vintages are currently available.

Varietal Definition
Cayuga:
A hybrid cross between the Johannisberg Riesling and Seyval Blanc grapes. Makes a fruity white wine of mild intensity somewhat similar to Aurore. Widely grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and other cool regions of North America.
