This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. They were crushed, pressed and inoculated with cultured yeast and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 55 F for 3 weeks to retain the fruit and floral aromas that are characteristic of this grape variety such as pear, kiwi, grapefruit, figs and sometimes a grassy herbaciousness to the nose. This wine contains less than 1 % residual sugar, which is considered off dry. Bottled 645 cases
