Description:
This wine is made from Premium grapes that were grown and harvested to exacting standards in Hidden House Vineyards in Runnels County, near Bronte, Texas. After harvesting, they were shipped in a refrigerated truck to our winery in Santa Fe, Texas, Galveston County. In Santa Fe, they were crushed, pressed, inoculated with cultured yeast, and placed in stainless steel tanks and fermented at 55F to retain the fruity floral characteristics of this variety. This wine is a classic example of Chardonnay, exhibiting fresh pear, fig, and apple flavors on the palate. It is excellent with seafood, poultry, cheese, and fruits.
