Vignole

Late Harvest Vignole Wine Details
Price:

Description: The Vignole for our 2007 late harvest wine came from our Lawton Ridge Vineyard. Harvested at 28 Brix, it was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was finished with 7.01 Brix residual sugar leaving a sweetness that compliments the acidity of this rich fruity wine. A special treat with dessert or on its own.

Varietal Definition
Vignole:
Commonly grown in the cooler regions of North America, this french-american hybrid used for making white dry, late-harvest and ice-wines has its origins in the Chardonnay grape. Currently very popular as a dessert wine because of its restrained fruitiness and good balance. Same as Ravat.
