Description:
The fruit for our “Old Vine” Zinfandel comes from a small fifty + year old vineyard at the Feeney Ranch along the sandy loam soils off the Russian River. Picking at over 25 brix when some of the clusters have become raisins make this wine more rich in flavor and full in body. This BIG, BOLD, JAMMY, ZINFANDEL EXPLODES in your mouth with flavors of overripe raspberries, chocolate, black pepper and spicy cloves. Combining these flavors with well-balanced oak makes for a long lingering finish.
