Delaney Vineyards' Methode Champenoise Brut is made by the traditional bottle fermented method, using the same varieties of grapes as grown in the Champagne Region of France. This bottle is the one in which the wine was fermented and laid to rest for 24 months. This wine can be served with any type of course and all through dinner.
