Crimson Oak is a wonderful addition to the line of fine red wines from Lone Oak Winery. This is a big, full bodied wine with lots of fresh strawberry and hints of cherry on the palate. Minimal oak aging compliments the fruit character of this wine while adding to the flavor profiles and structure. A nice, lingering aftertaste will make this wine one to remember. Bottled March 15, 2008. Good now through 2013.
