Description:
Bright nectarine & guava lead off. The mid palate displays
the soft creamy texture, a touch of citrus blossom & flint stone minerality, while
the acidity brings balance & helps focus the long lingering finish as it unveils a
wisp of pineapple. To add another layer of personality we blend in a small amount
(3%) of Viognier from the Simpson Vineyard in Madera, which lends a subtle
floral /tropical element.
