Description: To retain the ripe, tropical fruit flavors of the grapes, this wine was slow-fermented at 55 degrees and carefully processed under strict temperature controls. The fermentation was stopped at 3% residual sugar. The result is a crisp, refreshing wine with sweet mango and honey flavors balanced by the natural acidity of the Riesling grapes. Suggested Food Pairings: Refreshing by itself also surprisingly versatile with food, from light cheeses (gouda, swiss), light seafood, and turkey, to spicy Asian and Cajun cuisine. Serve well chilled.
