Description: A bright, crisp and flavorful Pinot Gris, with aromas of delicate lemon zest, melon, orange marmalade and mineral. The flavors are lemon-lime focused with subtle marzipan and bright acidity, prominently featuring peach, citrus and lingering melon. Delicious when paired with crab ravioli in a light cream sauce or pan-seared scallops with crisp-fried leeks.
