Pacific Star Charbono

Pacific Star Charbono Wine Details
Price: $24.00 per bottle

Description: Only 47 acres of Charbono left in production in the world. Mendocino County vineyards supply us with fruit from ancient sentinels for this nearly forgotten gem. Now our flagship wine, this star from Napa Valley's early days is enjoying a rebirth finding fans all over the country. Can age 20+ years in the bottle.

Varietal Definition
Charbono:
Red-wine creating grape grown on small acreages in California. Some have argued that it is a clone of the now sparsely grown Douce Noir grape found in the Savoie region of France, better known as the Dolcetto grape widely grown in northern Italy
