We aimed to make a superb, food-friendly, blended white wine that would act as a counterpoint to our well-loved red wine blend, Elevage. We are equally if not a little prouder of this vintage of Elevage Blanc. Each year we learn a few new tricks to improve the texture and highlight the gorgeously aromatic profile of this wine.
