Description: This lovely and floral 2003 Late Harvest White Riesling is reminiscent of the “Auslese” styled wines produced in Germany. After selecting grapes affected with the noble rot Botrytis cinerea, the grapes were crushed and pressed and the resulting juice was cold tank fermented. A delicious complement with fruit based desserts or simply as dessert itself!

Varietal Definition
On the sweeter end of the spectrum, some of the best dessert wines should give thanks to the Riesling varietal. Riesling is known for its complementary nature of combining balanced acidity with sugar. Rieslings are made dry to sweet, but it is the sweet style Riesling that brought about its popularity in the United States.
