Morning Glory Wine Details
Price: $10.99 per bottle

Description: Wonderful combination of Cayuga White and a new variety Melody grape that is a delicate blend of fresh lemon/lime flavor. Makes the perfect compliment to vegetarian and fish dishes as well as chicken & pork.

Varietal Definition
Melody is a recent hybrid grape developed by the Geneva Research Station in New York State, used to produce light bodied white wines. Melody has yet to take any significant acreage away from the Cayuga in New York, but its cold hardiness and pleasant fruit and floral character have made it successful in the American Mid-West. Melody is a cross of Seyval Blanc with GW5 (Pinot Blanc x Ontario).
A hybrid cross between the Johannisberg Riesling and Seyval Blanc grapes. Makes a fruity white wine of mild intensity somewhat similar to Aurore. Widely grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and other cool regions of North America.
