Very approachable and easy to pair with fresh foods, breads and lighter fare, this wine will fill your pallet with pear and light cream. The two-acre vineyard of Chardonel is on a wide spacing to maximize air movement, which also reduces disease and mildew problems and has reduced tonnage to maximize flavor.
