Description:
This wine was made from Zinfandel grapes. They were crushed, cold soaked and then fermented at 85 F on their skins to extract maximum color and flavor. Fermentation was complete at the end of 6 days but pump over was continued for an additional 15 days to maximize the color extraction. After pressing and clarification, the wine was racked into oak barrels for aging. This wine exhibits aromas of Plum & Raspberry with a hint of Cherry, Herbal Tea & Toasted Oak. This is a dry wine.
