Description: This hardy white hybrid grape produced for Eastern US regions at Cornell University makes a semi-dry refreshing white wine. Cayuga has a good aroma with hints of melon. Cayuga makes a great summer sipping wine or good compliment to salads and cheeses.

Varietal Definition
Cayuga:
A hybrid cross between the Johannisberg Riesling and Seyval Blanc grapes. Makes a fruity white wine of mild intensity somewhat similar to Aurore. Widely grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and other cool regions of North America.
