Description: Our 2004 Pinot Grigio has a light canteloupe/green olive bouquet with touches of green apple & bananas. It has a tart acidity with a mineral, steely quality, with flavors of limes, pink grapefruit & toasted blanched almonds. Enjoy with a picnic lunch or a casual dinner, with sundried tomato & olive pizzetta, linguini with mussels in a tomato marinara sauce or scallops with garlic brown butter with rosemary & thyme.

Varietal Definition
Pinot Grigio/Gris:
Pinkish-white variety producing a very crisp white wine. Grown in Oregon, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, and more and more in California, it shows promise for other cool climates. Also known as Tokay d'Alsace in France, Rulander in Germany, and Pinot Grigio in Italy.
