Description: Our 2003 White Riesling has a honeysuckle/litchee nut bouquet with floral and ripe fruit flavors, a lingering finish and a touch of residual sugar. This engaging wine is delicious served chilled with sushi, spicy Asian food, fresh fruit & cheese, before dinner with light hors d’oeurves, or sip by itself. Try with smoked trout or smoked salmon as an appetizer, or with smoked pork chops with sauerkraut.
