It has an intense Granny Smith apple bouquet, and flavors of tart candied lime peel, almonds and a touch of pine¬apple. Serve with fish, chicken, tea sandwiches, crudités, Chilean Sea Bass with macadamia nut crust, cream of wild mushrooms soup or as an aperitif. Available September 24!
